Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We aim to ship most orders within 3-5 working days but this might be slightly longer during busy times.
Delivery, once shipped, is usually two working days as we ship packages out on a forty-eight hour Royal Mail dispatch, but it might be longer in exceptional circumstances, or busier times such as Christmas.
Please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive before contacting us.

A signature is not required upon delivery. If no one is available to take delivery of the item, Royal Mail will leave the item in a safe place or they will take it back to the local delivery office for you to collect. You will receive an email confirming dispatch of an item within twenty-fours hours of us sending your item (please check your spam and junk folders just in case!).
Return and Exchange Policy
If, upon receipt, your product is faulty or broken, you have fourteen calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
